I’ve been updating my workshop offerings and one of the cool new workshops is a Bird Photography Workshop in British Columbia. I call it a bird photography workshop, but in reality, it is mostly about the Bald Eagle!
We’ll explore the Fraser River Valley in British Columbia during the winter migration. The iconic Bald Eagle will be the dominant species that we photograph with an estimated 6000-8000 birds traveling south through the valley. The abundant food from the salmon run brings great numbers of raptors into a relatively compact range.
I’ve hired some of the best local guides to put us in the best spots to make some incredible images. They have years of experience guiding and photographing the birds in the stunningly beautiful Fraser Valley and the surrounding Cascade Mountains.
