A Clients Perspective
I’m lucky to have many clients that have been with me on more than one photography workshop, and I often share their testimonials. These comments from Charlie Newman go further than most, and I thought that it might help you decide to join me on a photography workshop as well!
Charlie has been on three of my wildlife photography workshops and has enjoyed them all, but I will also tell you he is a no BS kind of man and would not write something that didn’t reflect his feelings. Just ask him!
“I’ve been on several trips with Jeff. For me, he represents the epitome of what a group leader should bring to the party. He is an accomplished photographer in his own right. He is a great instructor in all facets of a trip with him. Aside from just sharing his expertise in the art of photography and post-processing, he is a great teacher.
Beyond that, he brings an in-depth knowledge of the area to which you are going and broad expertise and personal experience with the wildlife and other subjects you will be photographing. Your experience with Jeff will provide you with memories to last you a lifetime while you have fun learning. It doesn’t get any better than that.”

Just for background information. The tiger was my all-time favorite shot from our 2014 photography workshop. I remember at the time you told me it was what you would call a ”money shot.” I was so encouraged by that; I entered it in the Indian River Photo Club team entries for an international juried competition. Talk about a good feeling. It took first place among the four countries. So thank you again for the coaching and the inspiration.
I have a lot of shots and great memories from our 2017 photography workshop, including Bruno throwing the log at us, but I think this is my favorite from that trip. Something about large animals in action that gets my heart rate up.
